Vida Swimming Holes:

We always enjoyed the Gate Creek swimming holes when we lived in the area. There are three that I remember ... one is behind the Vida store, down the dirt trail to the river.

The other two are on Gate Creek Road, behind the Vida Cafe. The easiest one to find is at the very end of the road (about 3 miles up). The other one is an old Weyerhouser park, and is halfway between the Vida Cafe and the end of the road, on the right hand side. It is really neat, with rock slides and a deep pool.
